TBN? Those of you who know me know that TBN has always meant The Big Nasty - a nickname that I've been stuck with since college.
The PI thing....that's a little more difficult to explain. At the simplest level it stands for public intellectual. This blog was in many ways inspired by my current grad school The Public Intellectual Practicum. It can also stand for personal ideas, preliminary investigations, and I'm sure many other things that some of you will be sure to suggest.
Why TBNPI and then the name theories? Laziness? Easier to remember? This blog is really going to be a collection of my theories, a place for me to offer ideas on a variety of topics for public comment.
